The moment is here! It’s time to showcase your finished invention and all the hard work your team has put in. Upload your final video presentation by April 1—this is your chance to impress the judges with a polished pitch that brings your prototype to life. Don’t forget to include your completed Engineering Design Notebook to highlight your design journey and thought process.
Final Submission Checklist
Due April 1 to be eligible for judging for the finals
As you prepare to submit, remember that your final materials include:
☑Upload your video to YouTube or another host and include the link.
☑ Submit your notebook as a document, PDF, or PowerPoint file.
☑ Ensure the video is 5–8 minutes, clear, and engaging, with all team members participating.
☑ Use high-quality visuals—no PowerPoints or stock images in the video.
☑ All 3 notebook entries with detailed answers, visuals, and evidence of research (the 4th is a bonus)
☑ Present your working prototype and highlight improvements.
☑ Explain the problem your invention solves and its societal impact.
☑ Share field testing results, budget, marketing plan, and unique features of your invention.
☑ Include insights from your expert interview.
